Visit to Balnuith Alpacas

Residents of Harestane Care Home visited BALNUITH ALPACAS on Friday 23rd September, its also called The Funny Farm.    A truly magical morning as the clients loved getting so close to the donkeys Alpacas and Llhamas and a special breed of sheep.   Some of the group were able to hold a 2 day old Baby Lamb.    They were able to feed the donkeys carrots and treat to some of the bigger animals, it was truly an amazing visit.

Pyjama Day at St Columbas

Staff and residents had a fun filled day on Wednesday 14th September with pyjamas being the theme of the day.  With plenty of games for everyone to enjoy and lots of laughter, singing and dancing along the way followed by a lovely buffet.
