Care Enquiries, Marketing and Advertising Partners
**Priority Care Group Limited**, the relevant Priority Care company responsible for the care service you are enquiring about and, where applicable, its parent company **Keane Premier Group Ltd**, may process personal information in connection with care enquiries, admissions and the management of our services.
We use **Heritage Care Partners Ltd** to support our marketing, enquiry management and campaign reporting. Where Heritage Care Partners processes personal information on our behalf, it does so as a data processor acting under our instructions.
We also use **Perspective Software GmbH** to provide technology used for certain online enquiry forms and landing pages. Information submitted through these forms may therefore be processed by Perspective as an authorised service provider.
Information collected may include your contact details, your relationship to the person requiring care, the type of care being sought and other information you choose to provide as part of your enquiry. This may include information relating to health or care needs, which may constitute special category personal data and will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection law.
To manage enquiries and assess the effectiveness of our marketing, we may share limited information with Heritage Care Partners about the progress and outcome of enquiries generated through these campaigns. This may include whether contact has been made, whether a visit or assessment has taken place, whether an admission has been agreed and whether the prospective resident has subsequently moved into one of our care services.
We also use **Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, for advertising**. Where you have provided the required consent, technologies including the Meta Pixel and/or Conversions API may be used to measure advertising performance and provide Meta with limited advertising and conversion information to help us understand and improve the effectiveness of our campaigns.
Information provided to advertising platforms is limited to information appropriate for advertising measurement and optimisation. We do not provide Meta with detailed health information, care assessments, medical records, care plans or other sensitive information relating to an individual’s care needs.
Only information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose will be shared. Detailed medical records, care plans or clinical information will not be shared with Heritage Care Partners for marketing attribution or campaign reporting purposes.
