On Tuesday 25th March we had an Indian Fest here at St. Columba’s.
Many of us were dressed in Kurta’s and Sari’s to make the experience even more memorable, with Indian dancing being displayed with us all trying to follow and join in.
We were then treated to delicious food made by our lovely Indian cooks for the day. On offer were various traditional dishes from starters to mains, side dishes and puddings.
Residents and staff said it was the best Indian food they had tasted.
The day was an amazing success, and we hope to have another one later in the year.
